Roxanne Qualls giving speech right now

Former Cincinnati Mayor Roxanne Qualls – at the time and posting of this photo – was giving a speech to the media and a collected few political watchers and friends about her decision to allow to be appointed to Vice Mayor Jim Tarbell’s seat on Cincinnati City Council. She will also run as a Charterite in tihs fall’s Council race.

UPDATE (8/13/2007): Qualls will be my guest on City Talk Radio, 7 to 8 p.m. this Sunday, Aug. 19. Working on another special guest to join Qualls, hopefully to be announced later today.
